1.Q : Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

A : We are a manufacturer with 10-year experience of global trading. We have our own plant and R&D team as well as a US warehouse located in California.

2. Q : How to gain distributorship?

A : You will become our distributor as long as you place an order at EnlargeSecurity. We have both online and offline distributors. Our online distributors sale on those big e-commerce platforms like eBay, Amazon and wish. Please note that we may put restrictions on your online sales platforms for some of the products.

3. Q : Do you have drop shipping service?

A : We support drop shipping service even for one-piece order, providing you risk-free experience. But you shall make full payment and shipping fee will be at your expense.

We can send the products to your designated place or you could also put the goods in our US warehouse for safekeeping. You are exempted from warehouse rental within one year after you place the order.

4. Q : What are the hot sellers?

A : All of the products are popular with customers. A10, A20 and UL3 are 3 popular choices that will bring distributors and retailers decent profit.

5. Q : Do you have certification?

A : Yes, all our products have passed strict quality tests and have attained CE, FCC and ROHS certification.

6. Q : Do you have MOQ? What is your MOQ?

A : We have MOQ, but you could purchase a sample first and then place batch order. The MOQ of sample is 1 piece.

7. Q : Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

A : Yes. We have a professional R&D team that provides both OEM and ODM services. MOQ is 1000pcs. Please contact our customer support for more details, expert from our team will answer your questions in a minute.

8. Q : Where will you dispatch the goods?

A : We have a US warehouse located in California, the products will be dispatched directly from the US warehouse to your designated place.

9. Q : Do you have stocks? When will you dispatch the goods?

A : We have stocks most of the time. We will send the goods within 48 hours after you place an order. We may delay the shipment due to holidays. You could contact our customer support to place an order if there is no stock.

10. Q : What are the shipping methods?

A : We have cooperation with USPS, enjoying more discounts and special offers from USPS compared with other express. It will save you a great amount of shipping fee if you choose USPS;

Please contact our support team if you want other shipping method, we will give you as much support as we can. If your place is near our US warehouse, you can also visit our warehouse and pick up the products yourself.

11. Q : How do you calculate shipping?

A : Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and size of your order. All Shipping details are subject to the specifications on our website. Please contact our support team if you have any problem.

12. Q : What if I submit a wrong delivery address?

A : Usually, we will ship the goods within 48 hours after you place an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you submit a wrong address and we will correct it.

13. Q : What payment methods do you accept?

A : We accept Paypal, master card and VISA. Please contact us if you need to use an alternate payment method, we will offer you support as much as we can.

14. Q : Can I cancel the order?

A : We will process your order and ship your goods within 48 hours after you place an order. If you want to cancel the order, please contact our support within 2 hours after placing an order; The order cannot be canceled once the products are dispatched from our warehouse. You could reject the goods when your order arrives, but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

15. Q : Can I return the product?

A : We can exchange the goods with defects or refund your money within 7-10 days after we receive the package. But you should contacts us first and cover the shipping cost if you want to return the products. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

16. Q : How long is warranty period?

A : Generally we provide one-year free warrant. But specific warranty period is subject to manuals of different products.

17. Q: Do you have brand promise?

A : We support recycling dead stocks after 100 days. If the products are not sold out after 100 days, we can recycle the products or exchange the them with new ones of same value.

18. Q : Can I ask for an invoice?

A : Yes. Please contact our support if you want an invoice, we will send it to you as soon as possible.

19. Q : What benefits can I gain if I register on EnlargeSecurity?

A : The biggest benefit is that you can place an order online. You could view your recent orders and invoices easily and enjoy cumulative score. You can convert cumulative scores into specific amount of money to buy products on EnlargeSecurity.

20. Q : What should I do if I forget my login password?

A : You can click “Forgot your password” on login page and enter your email address in the box to reset your pasword. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address automatically.
