Important Information About Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between Customer and Seller and are referred to herein as either "Terms and Conditions" or this "Agreement". Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by making a purchase from or placing an order with Seller or shopping on any Seller Website or Mobile Application (each, a "Site") or otherwise requesting products (the "Products") or engaging Seller to perform or procure any Services (as this and all capitalized terms are defined herein).These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms and Conditions posted on a Site at the time Customer places an order or signs a Statement of Work will govern the order in question, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller and Customer.

Your placement of an order at EnlargeSecurity constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them prior to placing your order.

User Account

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create several accounts, we reserve the right to suspend accounts without further notice.


Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise.Should such a situation occur EnlargeSecurity cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. We reserve the rights to cancel or adjust any order with price errors.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices do not include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs.Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer.


We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards(visa, master card etc) and Paypal.

Our store is built on Shopify, you can safely and comfortably pay with your credit card on our store. We do not store your credit card or paypal details when you make payment.

Cancellation & Changes of Order

Please verify your order details as we cannot modify your order once processed to our warehouse to produce and/or dispatch. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If additions are made to the order or different products are requested, kindly place a new order.

If you place a large quantity order, we require to receive 30% deposit, 70% balance will be charged before shipping. If you cancel your order, 30% deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.

Shipping from United States

We have a warehouse in California, the goods can be sent to you or your store from our US warehouse if you and your store are in US. The shipping fee will be paid by you. Or you can come to our warehouse to pick up your item.Delivery dates are subject to change.

All stock orders ship within 48 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout. All customers receive a tracking number so you can check your package during the transit time. If you place a large order, please expect the extra delivery time. We will inform you the approximate delivery time according to our production progress before you order.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we can send your order either to your residential or business address.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas and the Chinese Spring Festival, please allow extra delivery time.  During those special occasions we will provide notices to reflecting possible delays.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.  EnlargeSecurity cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and EnlargeSecurity is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

EnlargeSecurity cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs or is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country.  Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We also can not be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customers sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any.

Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address is correct as provided by the customer, EnlargeSecurity cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us. Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.

Exchange and Returns

We have a warehouse in California, the goods can be sent to you or your store from our US warehouse if you and your store are in US. The shipping fee will be paid by you. Or you can come to our warehouse to pick up your item.

Exchange and Returns

We can exchange and/or refund for defective products within 7-10 days from the time you receive the package. But you shall contact us first, and the return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.

If you want to return products not due to quality problems, we will deduct 30% restocking fee, and the return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Local Law

Persons accessing this website from different geographically locations are responsible for compliance with their respective local laws where applicable.
