Warranty

Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs of your product in the user manual and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions. If you still believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange request or contact us at wholesale@enlargesecurity.com

One Year Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the products page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date of purchase, during which you are eligible for free repair. But the buyer need to pay the return shipping fee.

Brand After-sale Service Guarantee

Once the returning rate exceeds 5%, this part of product will be reclaimed or replaced. Any costs due to this action will be on our expense.

Exceptions to Standard Warranty

Wear and Tear: The Standard Warranty does not cover components requiring replacement due to  standard wear and tear during normal operations.

 

Excessive Use

The Standard Warranty does not cover the replacement of parts due to use of the System that exceeds normal use in accordance with published instructions.

 

 

Improper Maintenance

The Standard Warranty does not cover the replacement of parts due to improper maintenance of the System and/or the components of the System. 

 

 

Modification

The Standard Warranty does not apply to those Systems that are damaged due to modification by Warranty any party other than EnlargeSecurity.

 

 

Physical Damage

The Standard Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, negligence, intentional acts, misuse and abuse, and such damage will void the Standard Warranty.

 

 

  Force Majeure

The Standard Warranty does not cover System damage due to extraneous events not directly-related to the workmanship or material of the System.
